EFT Healer:
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as “tapping”, is a therapeutic method that combines acupressure with modern psychology. It involves gently tapping on specific meridian points on the face and body while focusing on emotional issues, limiting beliefs, or physical discomfort. EFT is widely used for stress reduction, trauma release, anxiety, fears, and subconscious reprogramming.
